You can delete your Untime account and all of its data from inside the app at any time. No email, no waiting period, no questions asked. This page walks you through it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Untime and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap your account card at the top of the screen.
- Under Permanent, tap Erase your data.
- Confirm by tapping Erase. If you signed in a while ago, you may be asked to sign in once more to confirm it’s you.
What gets deleted
Everything. Your goals, sessions, and settings are removed from our servers, your account record is deleted, and your sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or anonymous) is removed from Firebase Authentication. Deletion takes effect immediately; residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged, as described in our privacy policy.
Subscriptions
A premium subscription is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription in your store’s subscription settings, ideally before deleting your account.
If you can’t use the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email hello@untime.app from the address associated with your account and we will delete the account for you after verifying it’s yours.
